Taking advantage of the freshness MONIN pineapple provides, we have put together a super simple tiki-style cocktail that you can easily replicate in your own home bar.
Start off by adding into a shaker:
45ml Havana Club 3 Anejo 3 Anos
45ml Apple Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml MONIN Pineapple
2dashes Angostura Bitters
6x Mint Leaves
Add ice, and shake hard for 8 seconds. Double strain (Use a hawthorne strainer and a fine strainer) into an ice-filled Catalina glass. Top with 45ml of Soda Water, then garnish with a mint sprig, orange zest & pineapple wedge. Light and refreshing.
